About us

Berlin Event has been creating exceptional events in the German capital since 2004. Whether at the office or our events, the careful use of natural resources is a self-evident and firmly established part ​​of our corporate culture. To us, sustainability means questioning our every action and developing clever ideas and environmentally friendly solutions. We are convinced: for events to have a sustainable impact, they need a sustainable concept.

Powered by the sun

We are proud to generate our electricity with our own solar plant. In August 2011, a solar plant with a PV output of 39.71 kWp was installed near Cuxhaven. Thanks to this, we have been able to save over 160 t of CO2 to date.

Environmental Management System

EMAS & ISO

In 2017, we began introducing an environmental management system in accordance with EMAS / DIN EN ISO 14001 / DIN EN ISO 20121. The aim is to hold all our events in a sustainable manner and to establish the Green Event product as a standard. The project Introduction of Environmental Management Systems EMAS, DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 (project duration: 10/2017 to 06/2019) is funded by the Berlin Programme for Sustainable Development (BENE) with funds from the European Fund for Regional Development and the State of Berlin (funding code 1196-B3-B).
